- We are addressing the robotics technologies on sophisticated micromanipulation or precise measurement by using the micro/nanomechatronics, MEMS, and microfabrication. The scope of the research is fundamental of the innovative functionality and system integration in micro/nanoscale, which invest surgical/medical robots, intelligent robots and the industrial robots.
